A Waste of Time on WOW Power Leveling?

    Tuesday, December 2, 2008, 11:29 PM [General]

Do you buy wow power leveling on the game server or level up your roles yourselves online according to the wow powerleveling guide? Maybe many of you will choose to buy it rather then do it in person. Why? I will tell you later. They think that level up the role online by WOW Power Leveling guides waste time. Is it that right? Do you think that it's  really a waste of time? Proceed to read this article, you will get the answer.

There is such an phenomenon, you have been playing World of Warcraft for some time now, and you think that you know what it takes to become a level 70 player - you just are not there yet. It does not matter how long you have been playing, you are making sure to cover all your bases - right? Well, believe it or not, there are some players out there who have been playing World of Warcraft for over two years and are still not at level 70 with any of their toons yet. They think that they know what it takes, and they play their hearts out, but they just can not seem to hit that coveted level 70 mark. How should they do? In my opinion,

They need a good WoW power leveling guide to help them out.

A good wow power leveling guide will help any player go from level 1-70 in no time, just like they had hired a power leveling company to do it for them - without the risk of their account getting banned! Some players assume that to level up the fastest, you have to do every single quest in the game that you come across, and this is simply not true, so those players are wasting valuable time doing quests that do not really matter. Yes, there really are some quests in the World of Warcraft that you should skip if you are trying to hit level 70 faster. And, yes, there really are some good WoW power leveling guides out there that can give you a quest-by-quest list on where to go, which quests to do, and which order to do them in to hit level 70 in no time.

These WOW Power Leveling guides are written by actual players, not just a writer who is not a gamer. The few good WoW power leveling guides that are out there will not only take you through from start to finish, they will allow you to choose any race and any class you want to play, not limit you to one class or one race. One of the few guides out there that allows a player to choose any race and class, and still takes you through quest-by-quest is Flamewater's wow power leveling guides. His Alliance Power Leveling Guide will take you through the starting points for all races and then take you to a main leveling path that will help you get to 70 as fast as possible. He also throws in some great tips on making money along the way, so when you hit 40 and 60 you can get your mount and epic mount without having to scrounge up the gold for them.

If you are considering buying a WoW powerleveling guide, then you need to take a look at Flamewater's Alliance Power Leveling guide. Make sure that you check it out before you ever consider wasting your money on power leveling services or another WOW Power Leveling guide.

    Wow Gold Farming Secrets Here!

    Tuesday, December 2, 2008, 11:28 PM [General]

I am here again, and today I will bring you the news on how to farm your wow gold in the game. Read this essay now

Do you want to learn how to farm WOW Gold in World of Warcraft quickly and easily? There are many gold farmers in Wow, but not many make the huge amounts of world of warcraft gold that the more successful farmers make. So what is the difference between the professionals and the newbies? The difference is that the pros have much better trade skills than newbies. This article will explain more in detail what that means.

    1. Farming For Items To Sell

The best way to make World of Warcraft Gold in World of Warcraft with farming is to know where to farm so that you can get the items that you can sell at the Auction House. This requires you to observe what sells at the AH and at what prices. For me, I did not have to waste time doing that since I bought a wow gold making guide that taught me all these powerful AH strategies.

    2. Make Money By Trading Items As Well

Once you understand the economics in the Auction House, you will know where to farm to get the items that you can sell for more WoW gold. You will also be able to find opportunities to buy items from less knowledgeable players for lower prices and then resell them for a profit.

    3. Waiting For Items To Go Out Of Stock In The Auction House

You can also wait for items to become sold out at the AH before you list your items for sale and make a bigger profit out of them. These skills are not simple but are easy to pick up once you gain experience after doing it a few times. You can check out the website link below to read the best world of warcraft gold making guide that I have used to make lots of Wow gold fast.

Civilized people worldwide must demand to be armed, or become slaves

Wednesday, December 3, 2008, 05:18 AM GMT [General]

The Belfast Telegraph reports (link below) the comments of a reporter who witnessed the shootings in the Mumbai train station.

Armed police stood by and did nothing while people were being shot.  The photographer expressed a wish to have had a gun rather than a camera.

I think he has the right idea.  The nice, reasonable, civilized people of the world have, to far too great an extent, played along with the notion that legally owned guns in private hands are a vice to be restricted or banned, rather than the great (I would say indispensable, in a democracy) force for social good they actually are.

It is a mark of the genius of the criminal and dictatorial classes of the world that they have managed to convince millions that the instrument of their individual freedom and security is actually something to be feared.  Freud would undoubtedly have had something to say about this.

In those few countries that permit wide legal ownership of guns (which does NOT include India), crime rates tend to be low and shootings rare.  In the US, shootings are frequent and crime is high only in those few jurisdictions (such as NYC, Chicago and LA) where guns are tightly restricted.  In those jurisdictions, as in Mumbai, criminals have free reign to abuse and shoot whom they please, with a high likelihood of getting away with it.

There has been talk, long before John McCain mentioned the idea, of an international League of Democracies.  I would say that a requirement for membership should be that those countries grant their citizens the legal right to gun ownership and carry (pending a background check, as is the case in most US states), and to bring those weapons along when traveling between those countries.

The initial membership would be small.  It would include Norway, Switzerland, Costa Rica, the Czech Republic, the USA, and perhaps a few others.

It would be nice to think that England, and perhaps India, might someday aspire to be full members.  It's a bit sad to reflect that England would once have led the club, in days when gun ownership in the UK was wide and crime numbers a tiny fraction of today's.

If just a few UK and Indian victims of the Mumbai shootings had been armed, many lives might have been saved.

And perhaps the terrorists might never dared to have mount the attack to begin with.  The best crime is the one that never occurs, because of quiet deterrence.  That deterrence was not permitted to operate in Mumbai, and we have seen the results.

Until and unless the reasonable, civilized people of the world demand their governments get the hell out of the way of their right and means to effective self-defense, I fear we will see more cases like Mumbai.

But what angered Mr D'Souza almost as much were the masses of armed
police hiding in the area who simply refused to shoot back. "There were
armed policemen hiding all around the station but none of them did
anything," he said. "At one point, I ran up to them and told them to use
their weapons. I said, 'Shoot them, they're sitting ducks!' but they
    just didn't shoot back."

"What is the point if having policemen with guns if they refuse to use
them? I only wish I had a gun rather than a camera."

The Oberoi Group employs many plainclothes security officers in its
hotels, but these are unarmed, Oberoi said. Obtaining a license for even
a single officer to carry a gun is extremely difficult in India, which
    has tight gun control laws.

Toys for Tots Event with WWE Superstars

Wednesday, December 3, 2008, 12:16 AM EST [General]

Toys for Tots Event with WWE Superstars

TOMMY K TO HOST WWE SUPERSTARS AND MARINES
IN SECOND ANNUAL TOYS FOR TOTS COLLECTION SMACKDOWN

This holiday season, and for the second year for what is fast becoming a local holiday tradition, WWE and the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program have teamed up again to provide toys for needy children throughout the Connecticut area.

On Tuesday, December 9, ECW Champion Matt Hardy, WWE Superstar Jeff HardyTM, WWE Tag Team Champions CarlitoTM and PrimoTM, and WWE Diva MariaTM will be at Tommy K Vitamins, 54 Research Drive, Stamford Conn., from noon to 2 p.m., helping the U.S. Marines with their Toys for Tots campaign.

For a minimum $15 new, unwrapped toy donation, you can get an autograph and meet the WWE Superstars. In addition to the all star appearances and autograph session, Tommy K will be hosting an open house during the event with free refreshments and giveaways. Tommy K will donate ten percent of the proceeds from sales on the day of the event to the Toys for Tots program.

"The vision of seeing a child smiling after receiving a new toy means the world to me," said Matt Hardy. "It's very important, and a great feeling and I hope the fans turnout as they did last year to support this great event."

Last year, more than 500 WWE fans lined the streets outside Tommy K's Vitamins in Stamford, Conn., to meet WWE Superstars Jeff Hardy and Cody Rhodes, along with WWE Diva Mickey JamesTM, who made their arrival in grand fashion - riding in United States Marines vehicles completely filled with toys. But the day wasn't just about autographs or photo-ops; it was about coming out for a great cause and collected almost 1500 toys for the drive.

"Events like this make me proud to be a part of WWE," said Jeff Hardy. "To create a smile on the face of a kid who's not that fortunate is very inspirational and motivational. It's a very warm feeling to be able to do this."

Thousands of toys, ranging from Barbie play sets to Hot Wheels and (of course) WWE merchandise, packed toy bins to the brim, while ear-to-ear smiles filled the faces of the fans waiting in line. George Ducanic, coordinator for Toys for Tots in the Stamford area for 15 years, was thrilled with the turnout last year.
"It's a great thing for Stamford-area kids, because there are going to be a lot of toys," Ducanic stated. "We were very short on the number [of toys] we had before this event, so this gives us a big boost here in Stamford."

The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a shiny new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to needy youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders. The objectives of Toys for Tots are to help needy children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation's most valuable natural resources - our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to better communities in the future.

Tommy K Vitamins, whose mantra is "Making the World Stronger-One Person at a Time", has been an outstanding local resource for name brand vitamins and supplements at wholesale prices. Under the recent new ownership of Robert Daly of Stamford, the store continues its tradition of being your natural health partner to assist you in making wise health choices for yourself in partnership with your medical and naturopathic advisors. The store carries a complete line of herbs, vitamins and minerals, sports nutrition, grass fed beef/bison, wild Alaskan seafood, organic/gluten-free products, children's supplements, organic skin care and baby food, and diet and weight loss products for those interested in natural health alternatives. Priding themselves on their personal, expert service and the most competitive pricing around, this family owned store is a diamond in the rough conveniently located in Stamford's research park. The store is open 7 days.

Some thoughts on Randy Savage's time in WCW

Wednesday, December 3, 2008, 12:14 AM EST [General]

    Hey Cats & Kittens

On this day in 1994 "Macho Man" Randy Savage made his debut on a live broadcast of WCW Saturday Night. Savage had been with WWE for well over a decade before leaving over a money issue.

And since that time, Vince McMahon has not wanted to do any business with the Macho Man. Vince killed off plans for a Randy Savage action figure, a DVD, hell, Vince would possibly love to errase him from all the footage the WWE owns.

    Anyhoo...

Savage's time in WCW earned him four World Titles, and a series of feuds with everyone from Avalanche to Diamond Dallas Page to Kevin Nash. He even had a long run with the nWo.

But perhaps the best part of Savage's WCW career was that hot little blond Gorgeous George. And boy, she sure knew how to get people's attention (not to mention the internet's attention if you know what I mean!)

I got this game looking for something to get my edge off after play sessions of hd remix, but this game is so hard that I just get more stressed. It's freakin' too exciting, it's not a bad game- I'm just saying it has too much going on for me. I think I just need more practice. And maybe HD remix will be the one taking the edge off from playing mirror's.

    Ramblings of Recovery

Tuesday, December 2, 2008, 11:54 PM EST [General]

I guess you could say that I have my own belief system as to what recovery is all about.
It's not some errant thoughts, but based on observations and experiences over the years.
I believe that the substance is essentially medicating unfelt pain.
Pain that has lived and festered within for more years than we wish to remember.
And that our greatest fear is actually touching that pain, finally feeling it.  Being vulnerable.
We spend our lives with the ache.  An ache that continues to grow and be fed and eventually there is nothing that can medicate it...  No drink, drug, gambling, sex, eating, whatever...
We carry this pain within, afraid to touch it while it slowly destroys us from within.
We are no longer able to have relationships with people because they have the ability to hurt us.
If they ever crack our wall and look inside, we quickly find a way of disposing of them.  We refuse to be hurt again as we once were.
There are those that will argue this.  And that's fine.  But I have to believe that if we had our **** together, we wouldn't be here.
If it was only the booze, drugs, gambling, sex, etc... that took us down, then why were our 'lives' unmanageable?
Was it only the substance or was it a conglomeration of things?  Our compulsions will find a way and a means to own us eventually.
Many of us have stopped drinking or drugging and we were still unable to stop the compulsions and addictions.
Maybe we stopped drinking but used an excessive amount of mouthwash.
Maybe we found ourselves hooked to the internet, or some other addiction to keep our minds from the constant spinning.
Our heads never seem to stop running.
We are thin-skinned, even when we put on the rough and tough facade.
Especially when we put up the walls.  It's a great indicator that we are ultra-sensitive.  "I can take it, I'm tough" or giving what we grew up getting.  We can easily become bullies.  It's a great way to keep people away from seeing inside of us.
Keeping people away is an art-form for us.
We want to be the center of attention, but when we get the attention, we cringe.  We don't know what to do with it and will do whatever we can to deflect it away.
We want control.  We don't want to give anyone else control over anything in our lives.  We hide our finances especially well, and are great secret keepers.
We certainly don't wish to be shown in a bad light and many times will minimize or brush over things that are very shameful to us.
We lie, cheat, steal, so that we don't actually have to be honest and admit that we don't know everything.
We don't want to admit that we are scared little children sometimes and that we just want to roll up in a ball and disappear.
We want to be invisible, hide away from life.  Have things done for us instead of facing our fears.
We don't call back the creditors because we don't want confrontation and we certainly don't want them knowing that we are broke.
Funny thing is, we are not invisible, but we are transparent. Everyone else can see us for who we are. We aren't kidding anyone.
    So how do we heal?
Well, it comes down to honesty and willingness.
    It's a risk.
We sit down with people that are telling our story to us. We are no longer alone.
We start to see that God wasn't out to get us or paying us back for our past indescretions.
We start to see that maybe there IS a plan for us after all, that maybe good things CAN happen in our lives...
We develop friendships with people that understand us, and keep us accountable.
We start to BELIEVE in things, in others, in ourselves, in something bigger than we are.
    We learn trust.
We begin to learn how to love without conditions, without expecting something in return.
We begin to delve deeper into our lives and see where our patterns began, where our cycles started.
We start to see that the things that we hated most about others, were the things that we became, that we too did.
Through this, we begin to forgive... slowly...  first others, and finally, ourselves...
Soon, words like "you're just like your father/mother" don't carry the same weight they once did.
The people we despised no longer carry the same power they once did.
The deeper we look within our own lives and our own doings, the greater the healing.
The cast, the addiction, the substance, that once hid our wound is no longer needed as the wound becomes exposed and healed.
We, the addict, the alcoholic, the gambler, whatever, are brilliant and insightful people.
We've spent our lives covering up lies, manipulating, conning, twisting and turning... and now that we live honestly, our minds begin to clear and we begin to see our true gifts.
We are caring, loving, gentle, sensitive, vulnerable beings that just want to love one another.
And we, together, as a community, a fellowship, a family, come together as no other community does or can.
We share our deepest emotions with each other freely, and without judgement.
We are the freed, the released.
And with that comes peace, joy, love, happiness...
